IHG Analysis Conclusion:

IHG is in a better place than most. The pandemic caused some blow to their revenue and annual profits, but they would a new niche in an ever-changing market. They are open to growth even when the timing isn’t ideal. They are adding new brands to their portfolio while making sure to prioritize global initiatives like Green Engaged. With much change occurring, IHG will need to rediscover a new demographic affecting the market share at large. IHG may have ambitious plans for the future, but they aren’t impervious to risk, as I previously said. Completing risk analysis as well ask process analysis for the staff efficiency and market analysis to get a helpful view of their current position in the travel and tourism market.
